Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our shopping site is built on the MerchandiZer (tm) system which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone or fax at the numbers below. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.


Sales Tax

Sales tax will only apply to residents of New York State but not to any other US state or the rest of the world.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards such as American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have cleared. Orders paid by money order will ship when we receive your payment. How much will my shipping charges be?

During the ordering process, you will be given a choice of different shipping methods from which you can select. The total cost of goods, the cost of shipping as well as any applicable sales taxes are clearly displayed.


What if I need to return my order?

Please contact NCS for a return authorization number before sending any product(s) back. NCS cannot accept any returns without this number. You may return a software item in its original and unopened condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving the product. Hardware items that have been used may not be returned for a refund. NCS will use our discretion to accept and exchange any hardware whose packaging has been opened. We are not a rental outfit for trial use of new hardware and accessories. Hardware defects must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item so that we can help you exchange the item in question. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1 day to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account within 24 hours. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.


What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). For international orders, we will notify you concerning the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.


What is your policy on Privacy?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. NCS maintains strict security policies for protecting the privacy of our customers. We may use aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information for our own corporate purposes, but these statistics will not include any personally identifying information.
